<img src="https://res.cloudinary.com/commonplace-digital-limited/image/upload/v1672221365/projects/camdenhousingpropertypanel/c087b75e-dcc7-48a2-8537-95c432dd3267.png" /> On the 1st of December 2022, the first session of the Housing and Property residents panel was held. The session saw attendance of the panel members, Camden&#39;s property director Gavin Haynes and officers from the comms and engagement team. It was led by Involve, and began with a presentation introducing Camden&#39;s Housing and Property services from director Gavin Haynes. It also focused on: <li>Introducing resident members to panel processes</li><li>Ways of working</li><li>An &#39;ideas generation&#39; segment, in which members discussed in groups what topics and issues they felt were important to address at the sessions. </li> The panel members were then given a &#39;homework task&#39;, which was to ask their family, friends and neighbours: “What is your experience of getting the help you need from Camden Housing and Property Services?”. Over the following sessions, the panel members will discuss key issues and concerns important to <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@CamdenCouncil">residents in Camden and any solutions.</a>

To become more open and honest about how Camden housing directorates operate, we have created a panel of 22 residents from across the 5 districts of Camden. 

This site will contain information and updates on the panel, and we are also seeking views of Camden housing residents to supplement the work of the panel.
